Super happy to share the pattern testing that I did for @sewhouse7 recently! Presenting the #underwoodtank mini dress! I sewed this up in an amazing bamboo jersey which is slinky and touchable all at the same time.
My La Maison Victor Dolores skirt made in double gauze...not going to be sporting this today as I’ll be digging around in the community garden that I work for. Currently all sewing has drawn to a juddering halt because we are living in a building site. Last time we had a major build in the house I lost a sewing machine to the building dust invasion so this time I’ve clingfilmed everything! Sometime in September I will have a shiny new shared family studio to show you!!
First day at a new job nerves! Wearing my @atelierbrunette @namedclothing ruffle shirt to feel prepared! I’m really excited to be fulfilling my other love by working for a local community gardening project part time. This is literally the smartest and probably cleanest they’ll ever see me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #sewing #firstday #amiagardenernow #thesewinggardenermaybe
Unicorn jumpsuit is an after school hit! We bought the fabric together in Amsterdam a couple of years ago but it’s lain unloved at the bottom of the fabric bag because mum making your clothes is embarrassing 🤣🤣🤣 until she makes you something with unicorns on of course! Pattern is ripped off from a well piece of her RTW wardrobe.
Hold the phone...I’ve written a blog post all about my @joliesbobines Robe Lou and dresses, if you like meandering blog posts then this is for you. #sewing #dresses #joliesbobines
Finally hot enough in Plymouth to wear my @joliesbobines Robe Lou! More piccies and a blog post to follow 🤩
